The 3-Day training on “Condition Monitoring and Fault Diagnostics of Electrical Equipment” was successfully completed in Kathmandu, Nepal from 22 – 24 September, 2024 and in Thimphu, Bhutan from 26 – 28, September, 2024.

The training session covered:

The “Challenge Assessment Workshop” on Nepali Industries’ Electrical Equipment Condition Monitoring & Fault Diagnostics was successfully conducted on Nov 5, 2023 at Kathmandu, Nepal.

The academicians from CEEECoM project’s partners, Aalto University, Finland, Tallinn University of Technology ( TalTech), Estonia, Kathmandu University & Tribhuvan University, IOE, Nepal and Royal University of Bhutan attended the workshop.

Case Study Survey

A team from Kathmandu University, led by Dr. Bishal Silwal, visited Alive Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd., Annapurna Cables Industries Pvt. Ltd., Aarti Strips Pvt. Ltd. in Biratnagar, and Sujal Dairy Pvt. Ltd. in Pokhara.

Kathmandu University and Tribhuvan University Institute of Engineering collaboratively hosted a Need-Assessment Workshop on “Condition Monitoring of Electrical Equipment” on January 31, 2023. The event included participants from Kathmandu University’s Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, the Institute of Engineering (TU), as well as representatives from the power, energy, and manufacturing industries.
